We distribute to New Zealand only.
We aim to deliver within 5-7 days.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

While we make every effort to maintain sufficient stock, at times items sell out or delivery delays occur beyond our control. Should the item you ordered not be in stock we will contact you to advise when the item will be available. You have the option to cancel your order should this occur and we will refund your payment.

DELIVERY:

We must receive your order and payment before 10am in order to dispatch your order the next business day. Rural deliveries may differ. If delivery is to be delayed, the cardholder will be notified of the delay.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Credit & Debit cards are currently the only card forms of payment accepted, alternatively we accept bank transfer. We Accept

RETURNS & DAMAGE:

Refunds or replacements will be made for a product incorrectly sent or a faulty product being received.  Please ensure you contact TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES regarding your concern and we will help you through the process of returning or replacing your product.  Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.

In line with credit card data security standards when you pay TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES using a credit card online, or at our premises, your credit card information is not stored by TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES.
