Triumph Motorcycles offers a limited 30-day warranty on all Motorcycle product only. Triumph Motorcycles can provide a limited parts service to your service agent for Motorcycle product.

We therefore strongly advise you to carefully read through these terms and conditions whenever you browse or otherwise use the Site or submit any information to us and before placing an order for Products.
GENERAL:All Prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We distribute to New Zealand only. We aim to deliver within 5-7 days. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is received. Our Business Legal Name is TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES (N.Z.) LIMITED. Our Trading Name is SIDEDOOR.
Online Motorcycle & Product sales – how it work’sAfter browsing the motorcycle categories and selecting the model you wish to purchase you have options as follows.
- Select Participating Service agent – once the sale is completed the model you select will be dispatched to your choice so the service agent can assemble, perform pre delivery before contacting you for the handover procedure.
- Models that are eligible for On road registration are identified when available. (+ORC) On road costs include registration and warrant of fitness (WOF) This cost is additional and can be arranged directly with your service agent.
- Finance and Insurance options are not currently available on line, but can be discussed with your service agent.
- Additional parts, accessories, and any alterations you may require can be negotiated with your service agent.
- Select product
- Click on payment option.
- Select freight method.
Handover for motorcyclesYour selected service agent will keep you informed with regards to delivery and handover time. When your new motorcycle is ready your service agent will either arrange delivery to your property or advise a suitable time with you to pick up.
The following procedure will then follow.
- Full explanation of the features and benefits of the motorcycle along with how to operate.
- How to get the best performance and the maintenance program required for servicing, and general care of your motorcycle.
- Disclosure of the warranty period along with the terms and conditions associated.
- Handover of optional parts, owner’s manual and keys.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:While we list all products available, stocks are limited, end of line and can run out. You have the option to cancel your order should this occur and we will refund your payment.
DELIVERY:We must receive your order and payment before 10am in order to dispatch your order the next business day to your choice of service agent in the case of motorcycles or direct to your choice of address if other product, if delivery is to be delayed, the cardholder will be notified of the delay.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:Credit & Debit cards are currently the only card forms of payment accepted, alternatively we accept bank transfer. We Accept VISA and MasterCard Credit Card payments may be subject to additional fees. Finance options are available for Motorcycles only and are subject to Credit liabilities. Purchase with Finance option will be considered only if the finance is approved and at the time product availability may differ. Please discuss these with your preferred Service agent.
RETURNS & DAMAGE:Refunds or replacements will be made for a product incorrectly sent or a faulty product being received. Please ensure you contact your service agent in the case of motorcycles regarding your concern and they will help you through the process of returning or replacing your product in conjunction with TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES, in the case of product contact TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION:We may collect personal information from you when you agree to take a service from us and may include your phone number, contact details, address and payment methods.
WHAT WE WILL DO:We may use personal information about you when you telephone or email us to make an enquiry.
WHAT WE WON’T DO:We will not send you communications that you do not expect to receive as part of your relationship with us or disclose your personal information (unless authorised to do so) nor sell/rent contact information lists to parties who are not part of our business
USE OF INFORMATION:We may disclose information we hold about you to third parties where TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES has contracted those third parties for the purpose of providing services you have requested; as part of the process of sale of one or more of our items.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS:In line with credit card data security standards when you pay TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES using a credit card online, or at our premises, your credit card information is not stored by TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES.
FURTHER INFORMATION:This Policy applies to personal information held about individuals. It does not apply to information we hold about companies and other organisations.
